Cancellation Policy: The One Therapies requires 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Failure to give adequate notice may result in a charge of 50% of the value of the appointment for the first offense and 100% of the value of the appointment for further offenses.

Late Arrival Policy: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session will end at its originally scheduled time so we can stay on track for all patients. You will be charged the full session rate regardless of arrival time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a late cancellation fee may apply.
